Mueang Pan

A visit to the Elephant Eco Valley elephant camp was a great addition to the trip. Passion fruit drinks greeted us after a bumpy ride up the valley. The guide gave us a lot of info about these elephants. Tata was the big female we met first. Each elephant is given a handler. They're treated really well. We made vitamin balls and feed them to them. After the lessons were all complete a bit of work and play. We spent some time washing them then got to have some playful water fights. A great and rewarding experience.
